Product Launches

Launch events built around a single, unforgiving date.

Press events, dealer reveals, customer previews and brand moments. We build backwards from your date and manage every dependency so nothing slips in the final week.

Launch Formats

Three launch shapes we produce most often.

Each format has a different audience, a different press profile and a different production footprint. We scope the right one for your product and your market.

Press Events

Media-facing reveals with controlled messaging, live press component and same-day asset distribution. Highest risk, highest reward.

  • Press logistics and credentialing
  • Reveal choreography and lighting cues
  • Broadcast and live-stream production
  • Press kit and asset coordination

Dealer & Partner Reveals

Pre-launch reveals for sales networks, franchisees and channel partners. Often the first audience to see a product, sometimes under NDA.

  • NDA logistics and guest screening
  • Dealer education and demo stations
  • Multi-session programming
  • Sales tool distribution and gifting

Customer Previews

Invite-only previews for top customers, VIPs and industry partners. Often paired with a dinner or reception for a warmer, longer-form experience.

  • VIP guest list curation and RSVP
  • Hands-on demo and trial stations
  • Dinner or reception to follow
  • Photo and content production

Working Backwards

From the launch date, everything else is scheduled.

The date is fixed. Every dependency has to be worked backwards from it — production, press, rehearsal, travel and the last-mile items that usually slip. This is the sequence we follow for a typical launch.

  • -16Weeks
Scoping and date lock Objectives, audience, headcount, venue criteria and the exact date confirmed in writing.
  • -14Weeks
Venue and production scoping Venue contracted. Stage design briefed. Primary AV and broadcast vendors engaged.
  • -10Weeks
Design approval and press planning Stage, lighting and reveal choreography approved. Press list and embargo plan drafted.
  • -6Weeks
Content and cue sheets Speaker content, video assets and cue sheets for lighting, sound and on-screen graphics locked.
  • -3Weeks
Rehearsal and press confirmation On-stage rehearsal with presenters. Press attendance confirmed and logistics communicated.
  • -1Week
Final walkthrough Full technical rehearsal, load-in begins, all vendors confirmed, press kits ready.
  • DayLaunch
Event day and asset distribution Launch executed. Press assets distributed. Post-event report and coverage summary within five days.

Launch Questions

Answers to the questions we get most.

If you do not see your question here, the full FAQ page covers contracts, NDAs, press protocol and hybrid launches.

Yes. The majority of our launch engagements involve an NDA signed before discovery. Our production team, vendors and on-site staff are all bound by the same confidentiality terms where required.

Date changes are common. Our contract includes a reschedule clause, and we build in flexibility on vendors that allow it. Where a change is significant, we re-plan from the new date and re-quote affected items.

We handle press logistics — credentialing, on-site media management, press kit distribution and same-day asset delivery. Press strategy and media relations are usually handled by your internal comms team or a specialist agency alongside us.

Yes. Hybrid launches with a live audience and streamed component are common. Fully virtual launches with remote speakers and pre-recorded segments are also a service we deliver regularly.
