How It Runs

Four phases, on every service line.

Whether it is a 40-person offsite or a 3,000-attendee summit, the sequence is the same. Only the scale changes.

01

Discovery

A 45-minute working session to map objectives, headcount, budget range and non-negotiables before anything gets booked.

02

Design

Venue shortlist, run-of-show draft, production plan and a line-item budget you can take to finance without edits.

03

Production

Vendor contracting, logistics, staffing, rehearsal and a full risk plan. We handle the calls so your team does not have to.

04

Execution

On-site management from load-in to load-out, plus a post-event report with attendance, spend and feedback data.

Service Questions

Common questions about working with us.

Yes. If your internal team has already handled venue, budget and guest list, we can be contracted for production and on-site management only. The quote will reflect the narrower scope.

On most engagements, no. Vendor invoices are passed through at cost and shown separately from our fee. On a small number of specialty services we charge a disclosed management fee, which is always listed as its own line item.

Our typical floor is around 40 guests and a $25,000 total budget. Below that, the economics rarely work for either side, and we will happily refer you to a smaller local planner.

Discovery calls are usually booked within two to three business days. If your date is inside 45 days, tell us immediately on the call so we can confirm whether the timeline is realistic before you commit.
