Strategy Workshops
A structured working session focused on a real outcome — planning cycle, priorities, team charter or problem solving. Facilitated, not lectured.
Discuss this program →Half-day workshops, full-day offsites and multi-day retreats. We design the program, facilitate the sessions, and handle every logistical detail so your managers can participate instead of hosting.

Each one is a template. We adapt the content, the length and the venue to fit your team, your objectives and the budget you have available.

Discuss this program →Programs designed for teams with remote members, using in-person hub locations and connected virtual rooms running the same content.
Discuss this program →Team building fails when it is activity without purpose. Every program we run is scoped against one or more of these outcomes, agreed with you in the discovery session.
Shared understanding of priorities, roles and how decisions get made. Usually the goal for leadership offsites.
Working relationships across teams and levels that survive the next quarter. Built through shared work, not forced fun.
Clearer channels, better feedback loops and less friction in day-to-day handoffs. Common for cross-functional groups.
Bringing new hires or newly-formed teams up to speed on culture, tools and how work actually moves through the organization.
Acknowledging the work of a team after a major delivery, an anniversary or the close of a demanding cycle.
Stepping out of the daily cadence to reflect, recalibrate and re-energize. Often the simplest and most requested goal.
The length is the first decision. It shapes everything else — the venue, the facilitator ratio, the activity mix and the budget.
A focused session with one clear objective, usually held off-site but nearby. Works well when teams cannot spare a full day.
The most common format. Morning working sessions, afternoon activity, shared meal to close. Balanced and effective.
Overnight programs at destination venues. Reserved for leadership teams or function-wide groups with substantial objectives.
Every program is facilitated
Team building works when the person running it knows what outcome they are steering toward. Every Meridian program includes a trained facilitator who has run the format before.

Every activity on a Meridian program has to earn its place against the goal you set in the discovery call. If a team wants a lighter, purely social program, we design one and label it honestly — but we do not dress entertainment up as development work.
One of the most common failure modes we hear about is a manager trying to run the session and take part in it at the same time. Our facilitators own the room so that your team leads are inside the conversation, not standing outside it. That requires the facilitator to be briefed properly — which is why the scoping call happens before every program.
These ranges reflect total program budgets (facilitator, venue, catering, activity, transport and our production fee) for typical team engagements. Every engagement is quoted as a line-item budget before any commitment.
Half-day, single-location program
Full-day program with activity
Multi-day, overnight program
A 45-minute working session with the sponsor to agree outcomes, group composition and constraints before any design work begins.
Session content, activity mix, venue shortlist and a line-item budget you can take to finance without edits.
On the day, a trained facilitator runs the room. Your managers participate as team members, not as hosts.

Three to six weeks is usually comfortable for a half-day or full-day program. Multi-day retreats benefit from eight to twelve weeks of lead time to secure the right property and block overnight rooms.
Yes. We collaborate regularly with internal learning and development teams. In these engagements, we usually handle logistics, facilitation and production while your L&D team owns the framework and content.
We design hybrid programs with in-person hubs and connected virtual rooms running the same content. Remote participants are integrated as full members of the session rather than watching a stream.
Our regular coverage is the continental United States. For international programs, we can partner with a vetted local producer and lead the design and facilitation from our side. Discuss this on the scoping call.
